The kitchen manager will oversee the daily operations and personnel in both of our restaurant locations.
Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness.
The successful candidate in this position will be cooking alongside their staff providing direct leadership and guidance to maintain a high quality of meals served to every diner in our two restaurants.
