Line Cook/Sous Chef

Job Description

Responsible for the preparation and plating of menu items based upon head chef's direction in a manner that represents high-en cuisine and presentation.  Providing creative input for menu development and new dishes based upon seasonal product availability is welcome.   Management of the kitchen in accordance with the head chef's culinary standards, staff management, expectations and management.  Maintaining clean stations, assisting with washing of dishes and general cleaning of kitchen as necessary.  

Beginning of May open every Saturday, adding Friday nights May 23, adding additional nights in June for the season.  We slowly remove nights beginning September based upon volume of business staying open until the end of October.  We are open for Thanksgiving.  We may stay open throughout the winter in some fashion as business dictates.

Candidates must have reliable transportation.
