Servers at The Thistle Inn are required to study in detail the ingredients of each menu item & nightly dinner special. Knowledge of the wine list and cocktail menus is vital. Servers are expected to work together with other servers and back wait staff to ensure impeccable guest experinces at all times. Daily communication with Chef and FOH Management is required in order to relay guest feedback and current sales goals so we opperate as one united team.
