Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Under the direction of the VP Operations with a matrix responsibility to the VP Finance, this position will be responsible for the daily operation of the Access and Call Center including human resource functions and will serve as a liaison for the Access and Call Center. This position is responsible for all facets of patient access to Inland services including registration, pre-registration, central scheduling, referrals and prior authorizations and all other revenue cycle functions while providing a high level of customer service to our patients and community.
Additionally, the position will have a matrix reporting relationship with all Inland Patient Service Representatives with the Practice Manager. She/he will coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of all Patient Service Representatives and facilitate on going training pertinent to revenue cycle functions and customer service. The Access-Call Center will serve as a training location for new and established Patient Service Presentative.
This position will also be the point person for overseeing the flow of downstream revenue through our test completion monitoring process. He/She will work with the Quality Coordinator to obtain, review and use data to monitor the flow of referrals and diagnostic testing on a day to day basis.

+ Leads by example with the Inland Standards of Behavior and NLH Code of Conduct and Values.
+ Provide leadership and management oversight for the Inland Access andCall Center. Works collaboratively with others.
+ Oversee the day to day operations of the Inland Access and Call Center. Is able to work in all positions within the center. May have to fill in for staff vacancies. Uses Nextiva system supervisory tools effectively.
+ Demonstrates a high level of competency with the use of Cerner. Is able to extract data and use to guide decision making and strategy development.
+ Ensures compliance with NLH Revenue Cycle workflows and processes. Ensures the correct number of patients are being scheduled per provider per day in order to
