CHCS is looking for Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP) to work within a team of providers in our Home and Community Based Treatment (HCT) program.
This position offers a lot of flexibility in one’s work schedule.
You will be working with children, families, foster families, birth families, and (collaborating partners in a manner appropriate to the HCT service.
The goal is to assist individuals in obtaining the support and skills they need to improve their level of functioning within their homes and communities.
Individualized services are provided within the framework of the mental health clinical model that works from the client’s theory of change and emphasizes the values of fairness, understanding, caring, respect, and feedback about the quality of services.
Treatment services are delivered in a variety of home and community-based settings, depending on the client’s needs.
You will receive clinical guidance, direction and supervision from a Master’s Level Clinician who will work in tandem with you.
