Community Support Worker (Case Worker) – ACT Team
Licenses/Certifications:MHRT/C or LSW and CRMA
Education:AS or BS in Human Services
Experience:3 years for Associates or 1 year for Bachelors
If you qualify, you can be a part of a high-fidelity multidisciplinary team working with adults with severe and persistent mental health disorders, specifically those who experience psychosis and who often have substance use disorders.
There will be additional on-call and medication administration responsibilities which will be compensated in addition to your salary. This will include an 8-week rotation with other staff to cover weekends, week nights and holidays and both on the phone and face-to-face contact with ACT clients.
