Do you love helping people and have a knack for details? Join our awesome team as a temporary L.L.Bean for Business Account Representative! In this customer-interactive role, you’ll be reviewing and responding to large-volume web order inquiries and have the chance to provide the world-class customer service L.L.Bean is known for!

+ Competitive Pay: Earn up to $21.34 per hour!

+ Great Schedule: Work Monday-Friday, 25-40 hours per week (depending on business needs) until October, then 35-40 hours through early December. Hours will be worked onsite at the Headquarters Building in Freeport.

What You’ll Do:

+ Be a friendly voice as you respond to emails from business customers.

+ Get creative! Help businesses customize products with logos and personalize merchandise.

+ Be a problem-solver, researching and resolving customer inquiries/issues.

+ Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with our team to deliver top-notch B2B service.

We’re looking for someone who:

+ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

+ Has a strong eye for detail and is a whiz at multitasking.

+ Loves providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile.

+ Enjoys learning new things and is comfortable using various computer programs (training provided!).

+ Has a positive attitude and is a team player.

Bonus points if you:

+ Have experience with L.L.Bean products or order entry systems (but not required!).

+ Know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
