Operations Technician - RAF Clean Supply Area

Summary
JMCRS has a full-time position as an Operations Technician - RAF Clean Supply Area. Working under direct supervision, the Operations Technician is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the animal facilities.

Responsibilities
Operates tunnel washers, bottle washing machines, and rack washer in assigned work area.
Ability to accurately record and monitor all applicable gauges, temperatures and logs in assigned work area.
Maintaining accurate records for inventory cost accounting system
Perform minor preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Complies with all safety procedures and policies.
Quality control of all materials and equipment to ensure optimal standards.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform physical tasks on a regular basis, including manipulating heavy objects, climbing step ladders, pushing, pulling, and regularly lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to learn sanitation methods to meet criteria needed to maintain the health status and ensure the well-being of mice
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team player behavior

Pay Range: $18.22 - $28.93
