On a typical day as a Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to support the software and hardware Product Teams by ensuring alignment across the organization including Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and others, and outside the organization including suppliers and industry organizations. You will also benchmark direct and indirect competitors to understand the current state and project the future state of relevant technologies and charging network deployments. To gain customer insights, the Product Manager will partner with the Design and Customer Experience teams to conduct customer research including digital tests and in-person interviews. You will be responsible for the overall success of the dynamic load management products and will report to the Energy Management Product Owner who has responsibility for the overall advanced energy management portfolio.

What You’ll Be Able To Do:

+ Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.

+ Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement through iterative development and updates.

+ Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and standards related to EV charging and integrate them into product development.

You’ll have…

+ 3+ years in a product management, systems engineering, or related role

+ 3+ years of technical skills in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem including energy management, control systems, and/or charge management software
