Ford Pro Intelligence provides telematics and fleet management services to our commercial and fleet customers. Ford Pro products and services serve as a foundational building block to Ford’s continued leadership and innovation in fleet/commercial vehicle market segments. Fleets are our future, representing a significant portion of vehicle sales and continual expected growth.

What you’ll do…

Help Ford Pro customers leverage Ford Pro API products/services to benefit their businesses:

+ Identify and bring on board new customers. Meet with potential customers, understand their use cases & pain points, and determine if Ford Pro API’s can help their business. Execute Contract Agreements and ensure new customers onboard successfully.

+ Work with existing customers to leverage Ford Pro API’s to benefit their business. Build relationships, solve problems, grow the business together. Work together with customer support teams to ensure customer issues are resolved. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure existing products are maintained/improved. Help existing customers improve their productivity and uptime using Ford Pro API’s.

+ Grow the business. Drive subscription and ARPU growth. Provide customer feedback to product teams and inform product roadmap. Develop customer-focused go to market offerings that drive business results. Work together with Ford Pro team to offer Ford Pro Solutions to customers. Use CRM tool and metrics to drive results.

+ Travel: Occasional domestic travel (<25%) including fleet client visits and trade show participation.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, sales, marketing, or equivalent

+ 10+ years of work experience in a sales/marketing/business development role working directly with enterprise business customers

+ 5+ years of sales experience with software, data, or API’s

+ 5+ years of experience working with the following tools Salesforce CRM & Microsoft Office Suite

Even better, you may have…

+ Telematics/API/SW experience beneficial

+ Technical sales experience is a plus

+ Strong communication and project management skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders

+ Ability to work collaboratively across the organization to benefit the customer

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines

+ Enthusiasm for investigating and implementing latest technologies

+ Self-starter capable of operating independently and adapting to dynamic needs

+ Entrepreneurial spirit and thirst for learning and developing new skill sets

+ Knowledge of basic financial principles and ability to build businesses cases
