Sales Crew

Purpose:

Highly organized, detail oriented, team player wanted!

Retail Sales workers in our retail locations support our stores in many ways, from keeping the shelves stocked with product to assisting our customers with a variety of needs. The work can be fast paced, and you enjoy helping people and working on a team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Placing orders.
  • Helping customers with products.
  • Fronting merchandise
  • Cleaning and other duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Computer experience
  • Professionalism and Teamwork
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated
  • Willing to learn about Marine, Commercial Fishing and Boatbuilding products.
  • Excited to grow along with our company.
  • Strong desire to provide excellent customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some High school at minimum.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Marine Knowledge

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand and walk for 8 or more hours per day.
  • Lift and carry 50+ lbs.
  • Use of a ladder.
  • Perform continuous lift/carry/push/pull of heavy and awkward items.

Working Conditions:

  • Indoor store setting.
  • Some warehouse exposure.
