Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Sales Accelerator to join its industryleading Water Purity sales team. You'llbe responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in a targeted region. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build relationships with Nalco field sales representatives and existing customers by executing water purity equipment sales and system assurance programs that meet the customer's key business needs. With strong relationships and leadership, you'll also help convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers. What You Will Do: Execute strong team leadership by supporting, coaching, and training District Representatives, championing corporate initiatives, and providing knowledge, expertise, and resources related to water purity equipment and services to help District Representatives close more sales. Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base, and in major, competitively held accounts, to meet defined territory profit increase goals. Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with field sales reps to help facilitate sales within current and prospective customers.
