OCI Identity and Security is a fast-growing, fast moving unit focused on delivering services that facilitate secure OCI usage. As part of this team, you’ll be responsible for conceiving and developing new security, identity, and compliance products in highly scalable cloud infrastructure space. You will own the product management lifecycle from design to release. You will identify customer requirements, build business cases, write product specifications, influence product architecture, and drive go-to-market efforts.


- Manages entire product/service.

- A leader on the team with solid understanding of the customer landscape, business needs, and technical requirements.

- Improves the organization in some subset of planning, vision, creativity, processes, ownership, hiring, and mentoring.

- May collaborate closely across teams.

- Writes great product roadmaps, product planning materials, go to market materials, and presentations.

- Drives the product planning and release cadence of the product/service.

- Ensures operational readiness and excellence of the product/service.

- Identifies and mitigates risks in the project and across the org.

Minimum Qualifications :

+ 6+ years of product management experience in the software industry.

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proven ability to define and shape the business strategy for large product areas.

+ Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment.

+ Demonstrated technical domain knowledge in System Design of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems.

+ Comfort with complex and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA or equivalent experience.

+ Understanding of key related technologies, such as microservice-based architectures, distributed systems, REST APIs, Cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.

+ Ability to build, drive and promote cross-team processes and achieve org-wide impact.

+ Previous experience in security and compliance domains.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
