Position Summary The Web Developer focuses heavily on developing, customizing, and maintaining our websites, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and user experience. The developer will utilize innovative business solutions by creating new applications, modifying existing applications and providing postproduction support. Job Description

Key Outcomes:

+ Develops, implements, and customizes websites, templates, components, and modules to meet project requirements and business objectives.

+ Collaborates with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate visual designs and user interface concepts into responsive, interactive web experiences.

+ Implements front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) to enhance user interaction and functionality.

+ Optimizes websites for performance, scalability, and search engine visibility, following best practices and industry standards.

+ Integrates third-party systems, APIs, and services with Sitecore CMS to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.

+ Provides technical expertise and support to resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize website functionality.

+ Stays up to date with platform updates, new features, and emerging trends in web development, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.

+ Ensures code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards by conducting code reviews and implementing automated testing practices.


+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.

+ Experience with the Sitecore architecture, configuration, customization, and development best practices desired.

+ Experience and proficiency with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required.

+ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

+ Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare marketing is a plus.


+ Sitecore development certification a plus.
