The Project Engineer we are seeking will assist the Wright-Ryan Select Projects team in providing construction and construction management services of the highest professional standard while meeting company financial goals. This position will support the Wright-Ryan Select Projects Management team.

Responsibilities:

Typical work products include a clear, organized and well documented framework to ensure compliance with contract documents, cost, schedule and quality objectives. The Project Engineer will be introduced to other more advanced concepts over time.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum of two years’ experience in field construction

- Demonstrated understanding of the construction process and ability to anticipate, identify and promptly address issues that impact performance risk and timing of project delivery

- Demonstrated ability to read & interpret construction drawings, plans & specifications

- Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Bluebeam, Adobe, MS Project (or similar scheduling software), Procore (project management software)

- Ability prioritize and make timely decisions either independently or with support

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated customer service skills, with an ability to build long-term customer relationships with WR customers

- Desire to work as a collaborative member of a construction project team

- Self-starter, with a strong work ethic

- Interest in continual learning and development
