Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of their network infrastructure. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of their network systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure.

+ Administer Firewalls, to enhance network security.

+ Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard network systems.

+ Utilize Cyber Security best practices to protect against potential threats.

+ Responsible to ensure all networking risks are well understood and accepted

+ Responsible to ensure that Operational and Business Networking Technologies are cyber secured internal and external within the guidelines defined.

+ Manage and optimize Active Directory for efficient user authentication and authorization.

+ Responsible for managing the purchase, testing, implementation and supporting network communications.

+ Responsible to ensure services are delivered within defined SLAs.

+ Responsible to ensure SOPs are created and communicated where applicable.

+ Responsible to ensure systems are properly monitored.

+ Responsible to ensure all reported issues are quickly identified, worked, solved and/or escalated.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

+ Proven experience in network engineering roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

+ In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco ISE, Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewalls.

+ Proficiency in IP Telecommunications systems.

+ Strong understanding of Active Directory and its integration within a network environment.

+ Familiarity with Cyber Security principles and practices.

+ CCNP or higher certification preferred.
