+ Work with various business areas (including but not limited to Finance, Human Resource, Senior Leadership and Clinical Departments) to gather requirements, design, and develop frontend solutions that improve business processes and front-end Business Intelligence reporting.
+ Complete necessary research, development, testing and training materials for new/existing software, new modules for existing software and/or reports across the agency .
+ Assist with the daily maintenance of Spurwink’s information systems, including but not limited to monitoring systems, interfaces, new user setups and upgrade testing .
+ Understand the complexities affecting the reliability and validity of data in Spurwink’s information systems. Use that data to design and develop advanced reports to meet a variety of agency needs, determine accuracy, and independently troubleshoot data problems.
+ Serve as either primary or backup support to Spurwink staff needing assistance with various technical issues and requests which may include (but not limited to) information system errors, software enhancements, report validation and data analysis for organizational purposes Application Programmer Analyst.QUALIFTICATION: Minimum Education Requirements : Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or commensurate work experience required. Minimum Experience Requirements: This position will serve as an Application Programmer/Analyst working with Spurwink information systems to assist with ongoing implementation and support of software and reporting applications. Potential candidates must have:
+ 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other integrated database applications.
+ 4+ years’ experience with Data Analytics using Power BI, Sisense, Qlik, Crystal Reports, SSRS or other comparable reporting tools. Spurwink currently uses Sisense.
+ 4+ years of experience with the analysis, design, development and implementation of graphical front end system forms or other similar applications.
+ Use Spurwink information systems to develop and maintain forms, scripts and reports that meet or exceed business requirements.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to system users with a variety of skill sets.
+ Experience working in a healthcare environment (medical or mental health).
+ Ability to present information in effective written, verbal, and graphical formats.
+ Versatility is required; applicants will need the ability to independently manage a variety of tasks, variety of users and the ability to change gears quickly when required.Spurwink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
