Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Coordinator Sr is responsible for developing insight-driven campaign level strategies and plans to deliver on business outcomes.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Leads the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

+ Partners with other areas to develop and measure campaign implementation and performance.

+ Oversees the development of marketing collateral and assets across channels.

+ Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.

+ Guiding analytical work to support consumer insight and strategy development.

+ Identifying customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative inputs.

+ Using predictive analytics and models to create targeting strategies.

+ Leveraging CRM tools to build and optimize omni-channel campaigns.

+ Developing strategic plans and driving programs to measurable success.

+ Creating powerful stories for leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

+ Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

+ Health or managed care experience preferred.

+ Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

+ Passionate about consumers.

+ Data-driven problem solvers (and gritty).

+ Able to lead through influence.

+ Results-oriented, critical thinkers.

+ Strong communicator across all levels.
