Instructional Program (CIP)
The repair and maintenance of small engines will be taught in this class to help students understand how gas-powered two- and four-stroke machines work. Annual care and maintenance of lawn equipment, snow machines, outboards, or motorcyles will be taught. Basic theory involving understanding of how an engine works, how to troubleshoot problems, maintain an engine, and how/where to order parts will all be covered. At course completion, students should be eligible to apply for work at local area dealerships or businesses.
