Job Requirements:
•Acts as back up to the Quality Control Manager as needed
•Assumes the lead position on a QC review
•Executes testing of key controls in highly complex areas of the Finance division
•Coordinates & executes quality control and/or compliance activities within the Finance division
•Reviews Quality Control Analyst documentation
•Assists Quality Control Manager in the planning of Quality Assurance reviews including staffing and budgets
•Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as assigned
•Creates manuals, reports and documents and makes updates as needed
•Maintains strong relationships with partners and peers by sharing best practices, knowledge and leveraging experience
•Identifies opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality and/or streamline functions
•Recommends and implements training needs
•Maintains and develops expert knowledge of company and/or department systems
•Follows up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution. Contacts appropriate departments and employees to ensure completion of unfinished items
•Contributes to a positive, ethical and respectful working environment and communicates openly with others
•Models company culture internally and externally
•Participates in meetings and coaching sessions
•Keeps staff informed of any procedural changes or enhancements
•Participates in the selection, placement and training of new team members
•Provides support to department leadership in performing trend analysis, information gathering, performance feedback and related activities
+ Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Job Description:
The Finance Quality Control/Audit Analyst is responsible for taking the lead on executing quality control reviews for functions within the Finance division. The Finance Quality Control/Audit Analyst is expected to ensure the Quality Control program is executed in accordance with the Quality Control Methodology.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•5+ years related experience required (audit, quality control, regulatory reporting management, process control management)
