Our client, a large and successful financial institution located in Lewiston, is now seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join their team!

What will you be doing?
-Performing preliminary research on suspicious report findings to help prevent fraudulent activities
-Making entries in the general ledger related to paperwork and information processed – may also review and approve general ledger entries or invoices for accuracy and completeness
-Identifying, auditing, and investigating departmental discrepancies
-Providing day-to-day leadership of a team within the department, including input to performance management, coaching, and guidance
-Responding to complex inquiries from customers and internal units, and conducting research to provide resolution
What will you bring to the job?
-At least 1 year of related experience, and proven knowledge of loan operation policies and procedures
-Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Great attention to detail
