Position Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:
+ Handles calls and emails in a timely, professional manner as the organization’s first point of contact for technical assistance
+ Troubleshoots basic technical issues remotely
+ Accurately and efficiently documents users’ requests and contact information
+ Escalates requests which can’t be resolved immediately
+ Provides coverage for all shifts, as needed, including second shift, weekend and holiday shifts
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 1 year or more of IT customer service/ Help Desk support preferred
+ Strong customer service and phone skills required
+ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
+ Demonstrates ability to apply knowledge across multiple applications
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS/ Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong word processing/keyboard typing ability and ability to multi task
+ Positive engagement with team and clients
