Hospice of Southern Maine is seeking a Community Liaison to ensure that HSM programs and services are effectively represented to all Hospice of Southern Maine stakeholders. This position functions as a liaison between stakeholders and various HSM Departments by developing strategies to ensure better end of life care through community education, and relationship building with care partners and referral sources.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications required. 2 years business development/ outreach/ public relations experience or comparable experience with proven outcomes required. CRM experience and understanding required. Healthcare and/or Hospice experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and is in good working order.
