Job Responsibilities: Performs general administrative support including answering phones, word processing, filing, scanning and maintaining files and records daily/weekly/monthly.
Coordinate and maintain Outlook calendars and travel arrangements for staff members.
Prepare bi-weekly newsletter and process CAPP cards.
Prepare reports, presentations, visual charts, calendars and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and database or presentation software.
Coordinate and plan meetings.
Qualifications / Requirements: Two-year degree in Business or equivalent job experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and as a member of a team.
Ability to focus and be productive in an open office environment.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
Must have strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and change between duties with accuracy and quality.
Strong sense of urgency.
