The Government Account Manager will manage client relationships and service delivery primarily for the Department of Defense (DoD), related partners and other government clients. This position is the primary point of contact to the government accounts and will provide support for all transaction processing and other issues, coordinating with other departments/divisions as required.
The Government Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Tier III support to the DoD for the ePrescribing solution
- Quality customer service and maintaining the existing positive business relationships
- Communicating effectively with clients, management, cross-functional departments and divisions
- Meeting agendas, facilitating meetings, minutes
- Contractual deliverables, SLAs and tracking metrics
- Review and execute government orders and ensure compliance
- Years of experience: 3-5 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 year’s admin/account management experience
