THE ROLE

  • REMOTE POSITION UNTIL IT IS SAFE FOR EMPLOYEES TO RETURN TO OUR LEWISTON OFFICE.
  • POSITION HAS STARTING PAY OF $15 HOUR WITH COMMISSION POTENTIAL.

    As a Customer Support Agent, you will find yourself in one of the most highly supported positions in the business world. With great training, effective leadership, smart process, timely communication and peer support on the floor, you will be spared no effort to help you be successful. Youll strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction responding to inbound customers via phone, chat or email troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues
    You should:

  • Be experienced and/or willing to engage in basic sales such as probing questions and value pitching

    In order to succeed the candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Vital to this role is maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions and ensuring customer issues are fully resolved.     SUCCESS FACTORS
  • Passion for providing quality customer service, solving technical problems, and upselling/sales
  • Passion for providing quality customer service, solving technical problems, and upselling/sales
  • Strong familiarity and/or strong aptitude for learning Microsoft Windows and Apple/Mac OSs
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent fluency with English verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability of typing with a speed of 30 words per minute
