Job Summary

Under supervision of the Head Chef and Cook 1, prepare daily menu items to recipe specifications.

Education/Skills Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Culinary Degree with accompanying experience or 3 years progressive cooking experience required.

Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents

Three years experience in kitchen production required. Demonstrated understanding of basic cooking techniques and their application in quick-service and/or institutional settings. Serve Safe Certification.

Standard Work Days and Hours

Typical schedule would be:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 pm – 12:00 am. May be scheduled other days and times as needed.
