Job Description

Northeastern Hospitality Mgmt, LLC dba Ramada Saco, 352 North Street, Saco, ME 04072, 10 Blueberry Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107, worksite location 352 North Street, Saco, ME 04072, seeks 12 temporary full-time housekeepers with 3 months experience. Will train. 4/15/20 to 11/15/20. $12.68hr. 35hr wk. Possibility, but no guarantee, of OT ($19.02) &merit increase. Shifts are 7am to 3pm; 8am to 3pm; 3pm to 10pm; 10pm to 7am. Day, evening, night shifts. Clean rooms and common areas. Make beds, vacuum and replace linens. Use equipment including washer, dryer and vacuum. 3 months experience. Will train. A single workweek is standard for computing wages due. Workers are paid bi-weekly. Guarantee to offer work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of workdays in each 12wk period of total employment period. US & H2B workers offered same benefits, wages & working conditions. Tools, supplies & equipment required to perform job provided at no cost to worker. Initial transportation & subsistence (including meals & if necessary, lodging) to place of employment provided or reimbursed by company check up to completion of half of employment period; daily subsistence rate at time of travel will be reimbursed (currently $12.46 minimum per day to $55 maximum per day with receipts). Will reimburse H2B worker in first workweek by company check for all visa, visa processing, border crossing & other related fees, including those mandated by government, incurred by H2B worker. Return transportation provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early by employer. Deductions will be taken from worker’s paycheck as required by law. Optional shared group rental housing ($150wk with $250 security deposit and $250 cleaning fee due at leaving and utilities).
