Job Description Summary:
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality and by exceeding guest expectationsThis is a seasonal position, April-October.
+ Assisting guests with check in/check out needs, including baggage carrying
+ Making personal recommendations to guests on activities and dining options
+ Raising/lowering of flag each day according to protocol
+ Responding to guest requests and room deliveries
+ Maintaining property cleanliness
+ Maintaining and cleaning both swimming pools and hot tubs
+ Stocking pool towels at both pools
+ Setting up, taking down / caring for outdoor furniture property wide, including pools areas
+ Assisting with function set up and traffic direction as needed
+ Maintaining and cleaning tennis courts each day
+ Maintaining and issuing bikes and helmets following approved protocol
+ Maintaining and issuing kayaks and all equipment(life jackets, paddles)
+ Maintaining and organizing of Lighthouse amenities
+ Issuing of other sports/activity equipment(golf putters/shuffleboard/fishing/croquet)
+ Driving SPI van into town for scheduled shuttle runs
+ Assisting with water taxi arrivals/departures
