As the leading New England Environmental Specialty & Demolition Contractor with over 30 years of experience, EnviroVantage is recognized as the trusted authority for commercial, industrial, government and residential projects across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. The highly trained staff at EnviroVantage is looking to add to our Business Development team as we continue to grow. This position will be our New England lead and collaborate with colleagues based in Epping and Maryland on both Federal and Commercial Industrial programs.
This role will also have an internal function to assist as needed on special projects to enhance the collaboration within departments as directed by CIO to further Corporate initiatives such as but not limited to; Training and Development, Recruiting, Sales & Marketing.
Chief Infrastructure Officer
Cultivate and nurture existing relationships within the Environmental Engineering community across New England
Strategically prospect, map out and execute an annual plan to develop new relationships with specific Engineering and Construction firms that align with the Annual Corporate Growth Strategy inclusive of quarterly objectives developed with CIO.
Collaborate w/ EnviroVantage Federal Program Lead on a weekly basis to discuss opportunities, potential teaming partners and timelines.
Responsible for collaborating with EV Marketing team and owning the planning and execution of touch points for New England based clients and other Marketing based initiatives.
Develop a targeted list of Commercial & Industrial prospects, teaming partners, sub-contracting opportunities and execute an annual strategic plan w/ quarterly objectives developed with CIO in support of the New England Commercial sales team.
Support the Environmental Business Council of New England & SAME Piscataqua and Boston Post.
Be a strong team leader/player with a positive attitude who is hard working and motivated every day
Collaborate with other departments on Special Projects internally as needed
This position is does not directly manage any staff.
This is a salary non-exempt position.
Travel in New England and occasionally National for select conferences
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 20+ years of work experience in developing strategy and collaborating across an organization with other departments and offices required
Proven successful track record of working in the New England A/E/C industry required
Proven track record of prospecting and developing new leads, tracking opportunities and successfully winning work required
Strong understanding of Federal Contracting required
Undergraduate degree required.
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Projects proficiency required.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Current Membership within industry Professional Associations preferred and viewed as an asset.
