Job Description:

Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Manages design or redesign of processes or projects leveraging intimate business knowledge. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution.

This role is responsible for identifying and delivering process improvements within Small Business Credit organization.

Candidate will possess a thorough understanding of product, strategies and operations, the driving forces behind key business metric performance and make recommendations to improve every segment of the underwriting lifecycle.

Candidate will own the justification for improvement, implementation and adoption for all recommendations.

Candidate will need to collaborate with the underwriting line of business executives & leadership, governance partners as well as sales partners in order to obtain collective buy in and realize long term impacts.

Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state and facilitating implementation for complex initiatives

Identify impacts to key business metrics: articulate expectations & hold project team accountable for delivering benefits

Lead cross-functional workgroups, effectively managing scope and delivery of tangible results

Analyze data, operational models and process maps to identify and design improvements

Partner with LOB & Technology in the development of business requirements to satisfy business case objectives, complete client and employee impact assessments and communications

Provide leadership updates on the health and status of initiative efforts

Required Skills:

+ Proven project management and process design experience

+ Superior presentation (written & oral) communication, and organizational skills

+ Ability to analyze numeric data and translate into a story / call to action

+ Ability to collaborate, manage and expand relationships across the organization through all levels of management

+ Experience with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
