Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour plus incentives.
Location: This position can be be based in either Newington, NH or Sanford, ME.
The Day to Day:
- Provide outstanding member service via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism; successfully address member concerns.
- Assist members and potential members with account and product questions.
- Assist members and potential members with online account openings, seeing the process through from application to closing.
- Participate in all required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and security.
- Contact and continue dialogue with new members who recently opened accounts.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services and achieve individual goals.
- Assist members in troubleshooting online services and process all types of transactions, maintaining member security.

Experience and Qualifications:
- At least one year of similar or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- High school diploma or GED.
