The Certified Nursing Assistant partners with our residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care.
4 East is a 42-bed long-term care unit. It provides needed care to those residents needing long term placement in a home-like environment.
+ Graduate of Maine State Board approved CNA course
+ Valid on the State of Maine CNA registry
+ 1-3 years previous CNA experience preferred
+ Will consider new CNA’s with relevant work experience
Other Skills Required:
+ Medical terminology preferred
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
+ The ability to work well within a team of other care providers
+ Flexibility required to coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days per week
+ Flexibility to float to other units as needed
