OfficeTeam is excited to collaborate with one of our top partners in Portland to find a qualified Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to work with an exciting and growing organization with fantastic networking prospects. This Administrative Assistant position is part-time and long-term, though temporary in nature, and will be starting to consider candidates as soon as possible. It requires the following skills and duties:

-Professional, personable, and presentable in appearance and demeanor.

-Exceptional office skills in general clerical tasks, such as scanning, copying, and filing, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).

-Assist with all aspects of receiving and processing grants, working with receipts, and managing this workflow process productively and accurately.

-Demonstrate ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.

-Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to exercise judgement and discretion, able to plan and successfully manage multiple project deadlines.

-Comfortable learning new programs and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

-Experience with Survey Monkey and/or Constant Contact preferable, experience with RM databases required.

-Attention to detail is essential, proficiency with numbers and a focus on accuracy will be necessary.

-Adaptable and willing to take on additional clerical tasks as various needs appear.

The position is part-time and temporary, offering 20 hours/week, 4 days a week with a flexible schedule. This position requires a valid driver’s license and will involve limited local travel. The position will be starting November 1st and would pay at a rate of $14.00-16.00/HR. If you are interested in this position apply today!
