Registered Nurse, Per Diem, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House
Provide quality, cost effective hospice nursing care, within an interdisciplinary team, in a competent holistic manner for an assigned group of patients in the hospice house, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care; to empower patients and families to achieve maximum levels of comfort and independence.
Graduate of a NLN accredited nursing program required. BSN or CHPN preferred. Minimum one year of RN experience preferred. Home care, hospice, acute care and/or oncology nursing experience preferred. Active RN licensure with the state of Maine required. BLS certification for the Health Care Provider or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire required.
