As a GEL, you may be responsible for:
Greeting guest with a smile
Checking in with Guest – to ensure they have what they need
Handling guests’ concerns and questions
Assist guests with the ordering process
Engage with children as well as assist parents, creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere
