Residential & Day Treatment Clinician – Cornville $2000 Sign on Bonus

Description:

Spurwink’s Cornville Program is seeking a dedicated, full time, Master’s level social worker for our day and residential treatment programs for its youth and adolescents. The program utilizes individual, group, family, and milieu treatment.

Clinicians earn 31 days of earned time per year and this includes vacation, sick and holidays.

The salary range 48,000 (conditionally licensed) – 50,000 (independently licensed).

This position has a $2000 Sign On Bonus.

Many positions include sign on bonuses that are available to full-time newly hired staff. The first half of the sign on bonus ($1000) will be paid after 90 days of full-time employment and the second half of the sign on bonus ($1000) will be paid after six months of full time employment. If a new hire changes status to either part-time or per diem status during any of that timeframe, they will forfeit the sign on bonus that is yet to be paid.

Duties:

Job duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, individual treatment planning for clients, individual and group therapy with children, and observation of our clients in their natural environments to gather data relative to their behavior, performance and response to their environment. Further responsibilities include: consulting with treatment team members, social brokerage, submission of Kepro/Atrezzo managed care entries for Maine clients, clinical documentation, and discharge and transition planning.

Qualifications:

Maine state LMSW-cc or equivalent required, LCSW or LCPC preferred. New graduates will be considered and supervision is provided.
