Aspire Behavioral Health & Counseling, is seeking employees to work as Behavioral Health Professional (BHP). A Behavioral Health Professional works collaboratively with children, families and, the mental health treatment team to help the child attain and achieve identified treatment plan goals.
A Behavioral Health Professional reports directly to the Clinician (who is providing clinical support to the client/family) regarding all activities and interventions used. The Behavioral Health Professional provides services mainly in the home setting. Services in the community setting are only accessed when they are identified to the child’s individual needs.
Treatment provided to the child may include but is not limited to: using developmentally appropriate social skills, supporting and increasing effective communication skills, increasing positive relationship skills within the family, increasing positive parenting skills and developing strategies to improve and manage future functioning in the home and community.
