Aspire Behavioral Health & Counseling is seeking employees to work as* Community Support Workers* (CSW’s). The CSW provides one-on-one support for children and their families, in the home and community setting. CSW’s serve children from birth to age twenty-one, who have been diagnosed with emotional or behavioral challenges. The support and services provided are based upon the client’s individual needs, following an individual client treatment plan. Services include teaching functional life skills such as self-care and hygiene, safety awareness, basic meal preparation, fine and gross motor, communication, and social and relationship development.
Flexible, part-time or per diem work schedule – determined by you and your client – primarily afternoons and weekends.
